ARNOLD GUMOWITZ, PRESIDENT

Mr. Gumowitz is the president of AAG Management, Inc. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and New Jersey and a Property Manager for over 40 years.  He has owned and managed office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, residential walk-ups, elevator apartment buildings and taxpayers.  These range in size from 80,000 sq. ft. warehouses, 140,000 sq. ft. office buildings to 200 unit high rises, as well as 16 unit walk-up apartment buildings.  Mr. Gumowitz has gut-renovated buildings which included new plumbing risers, new elevators, new roofs, and new electric.  His years of experience have given him a special insight when it comes to increasing a building's revenue and streamlining expenses.  

 

 

PROPERTY MANAGERS

DAVID GROSSMAN

Mr. Grossman is Vice President of AAG Management, Inc. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and has been active in Real Estate Management for over 15 years.  He is a graduate of State University of New York, at Albany, in which he has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business. He is currently responsible for the management of Real Estate assets valued at over $100 million including, 40,000 sq. ft. commercial office space and 600 residential units which include a 200 family Coop/Condo building and 100 retail stores. He has extensive experience in lease negotiations, acquisition analysis and asset management. 

 

EDWARD H. BALAZS

Mr. Balazs is a Vice President of AAG Management, Inc. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and has been active in the New York Real Estate Market since 1985.  He is directly responsible for overseeing over $300,000,000 in Residential and NNN Leased properties in 14 states.  His responsibilities include budgeting, financial analysis, commercial and residential lease negotiations, lease preparation, tenant relations, property acquisition/disposition and financing. He also has experience in construction and renovation having served as an owner’s representative in the construction of a 110 unit luxury high rise in Long Beach, NY, a 50,000 sf expansion of an industrial warehouse in Carol Stream, IL and renovations of multifamily residential elevator properties in NYC including replacement of all major building systems.

 

MICHAEL GRUNSKI

Mr. Grunski has been employed by AAG Management Inc. as Property Manager since 1998. He is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and graduate of the State University of New York College at Oneonta. Mr. Grunski specializes in the management of residential & mixed use apartment houses. During his career Mr. Grunski has managed well over 30 buildings consisting of over 1000 residential units. Mr. Grunski’s specialty is increasing a buildings overall revenue through Major Capital Improvements, illegal sublets & non primary proceedings. Mr. Grunski also specializes in tenant relations, leasing, DHCR filings, apartment & building renovations and all aspects of Landlord Tenant proceedings.

MARONE GURIEL

Mr. Guriel started working for AAG Management, Inc. in spring of 2000. He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person and a graduate of PACE University. He is responsible for all Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Buildings (DOB) issues.           

 

EVAN COOPER

Mr. Cooper has worked for AAG Management, Inc. and subsidiaries, since 1998.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person, holds a B.S. in Engineering from Boston University and has earned an M.B.A. from Monmouth University.  He manages 67,000 sq. ft. of commercial office & retail space.  Responsibilities include lease negotiations and preparation, tenant relations, office/building renovations, major capital improvements and all other aspects of building operations and maintenance.  Mr. Cooper has extensive experience with property security, multiple local laws, including 5, 11 & 26, and is a specialist in project management, CAD, financial analysis and budgeting.
